Product

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Electronics and Network Technology and a Minor in Business from San Jose State University, most of my background comes from my technical side. I’ve worked at SaaS B2B companies like Splashtop to act on both the Product Management side, helping to manage feature requests and internal product trainings, and the Technical Support side as the team lead for our US support team, offering world-class service.

Marketing

Taking my passion for marketing, I have been fortunate enough to become the Director of Marketing for the nonprofit organization, Mandarins Performing Arts, and the Marketing Specialist for Alan AI.

I worked as both the Team Lead for US-based technical support and as a Product Marketing Associate, leading cross-functional GTM efforts. In this role I created internal and external collateral, hosted high-impact live webinars, and led our internal training curriculum.

As the Marketing Specialist, my larges project was implementing our CRM solution and crafting external collateral to follow our brand strategy, laying the foundation for customer growth.

Mandarins Performing Arts

A nationally recognized nonprofit focusing on Music Education.

As Director of Marketing, I lead all digital and event marketing campaigns. My largest project has been building our new website, and implementing our CRM solution, all while seeing a 40% boost in social reach through targeted content campaigns, customer research, and community engagement.
